My aktivity at kitchen poltekpar makasar (seni kuliner)

Today doing or praktec menu buffet indonesian food, we divided per group and klompok me as the dissert menu .We create a menu that has been specified by the kitchen poltekpar .
-Pisang ijo
-Cucuru Bayao

Pisang ijo

Ingredients;
-banana
-soft flour
-coconut milk
-margarine
-sugar
-pandan essence
-green food cooring
-salat
First time, steam bananas and than coo to room temperatur peeled
+mix coconut milk,sugar and margarine than boil
For dough
+Put slat,green food coloring dan panda essence
+last,add soft flour bland weel stil stir , kned dough into a smooth,soft,elastic dough
+kneed dough again into a smooth, soft elastic dough . This will take a few minutes
+take a litle dough skin,flaten,give bananas on too,than wrap the bananas with skin dough and than steam
For sauce
+Coconut milk
+Rice flour
+sugart
+pandan leaf and salt to taste
Next
+mix coconut milk,sugar,salt,pandan leaf and rice flour nex simmer stil stirs antil boiled and sauce is sticky
For the garnish we make a pandn leaf but can yusing what do you want or ather
Bat if you make it ,always test and yusing with your filling

Cucuru Bayao

Ingredients
+egg yolk
+eggs
+rice flour
+flour
+tbm
+walnut

For prosedure
+first, mix egg and tbm until stiff
+after that add chopped walnut in mixture
+mix mell and after that add flour mix yusing hand
+next miulding mixture in mould and steam and rimuve from mould set into container and pour simple syroop
This how to make is simple but for the mix agg and tbm its relly stiff
